The Witkin's had a good weekend in both Edisto and Charleston. Spencer spent a guys' weekend in Charleston for a MUSC alumni reunion/golf tournament. Michael and I spent Thursday-today at Edisto visiting with mom and dad. The weather wasn't quite as warm as we wanted it to be and the rain really put a damper on our outside activities. We did have a few firsts to share...
Mom and Dad have great friends whose grandchildren have grown and they've passed along their "gear". So we tried out the high chair:
Its a little big still but soon!
He enjoyed his first jumps in the Johnny Jump Up.
And Micheal's first Oyster Roast- forced inside because of the weather.
Mom and I went to church at Edisto Saturday night. Spencer played golf Friday and Saturday but today's tournament was cancelled because of the weather. And so, we've had a really nice Sunday full of NOTHING. Laundry is done, house is clean and there were virtually no have-to's.... a perfect formula for:
THE SUNDAY NAP! (it makes me laugh to see the two of them dressed alike!)
