The Witkins have fallen into a pretty predictable pattern of laying back and enjoying the fall football weekends:
Friday night- out for a family dinner. On the menu is usually pizza, mexican or Wild Wings.
Saturday day- Game Day, walks, football watching, put Michael to bed, Mom and Dad Date night (where I try to fix something a little out of the ordinary.. you know, something other than chicken or spaghetti).
Sunday- Big breakfast (today we had french toast with skillet apples and sausage- YUM!), the Sunday paper, watch Sunday Morning- my favorite!, and 12 noon Mass, afternoon NAP!
I have to say, I could not plan for a better way to spend time with my family!
