As much as I hate to admit it, our time in Beaufort is beginning to come to a close. A lot of people have crossed my path in 8 years and I want to make sure I see everyone in these last few weeks.
I went out for Mexican with my friends from the Boys & Girls Club Friday night. Such special people!! I worked with the Club for 3 years but I made friends who will last much, much longer. I learned so much from these people- nonprofit work is different than anyother.... and is more rewarding that any paycheck. We don't get together as much as I wish we could. It was great to spend a fun night with them this past weekend.
